Propaganda (Yuri Bestmenov)

Good propagandists can infinitely astroturf their goals because "argument to moderation" is a fallacy believed by nearly everyone on the planet. Opposition is made to be difficult: Opposition to the harassment and democide seen in Political Correctness is "extremism", because they've already beaten you to the punch in calling you an extremist. Don't stoop to their level - the best you can do is correct, remain, and remain correct. Never forget that Political Correctness is the Public Relations of the king's rule - what better way to enforce ultimate rule and effortlessly prevent a slave rebellion, than to tell the slaves that they're incorrect for thinking the truth?

"It's impossible to come to a compromise unless a fight is started." - Yuri Bezmenov

2\. Redpilling will get people asking questions, therefore you must provide answers. Provide facts to ONLY the questions you're asked, and use citations/links.

Stick to the Buddhist Monk philosophy of only answering questions when asked. Try to cite using only one link that has the following qualities: short, interesting, professional-looking, has authority. Major news sources will occasionally have eye-opening articles that feature revisionism, or poke fun in society. Again, this is the best you can do.

"Repetition is the simplest form of brainwashing."

3\. Do NOT use opinions, because that will impart your own flavor into the facts, essentially poisoning them for good.

Opinions, recollections, philosophy, etc. won't work, because the truth's weight lies in its perceived power, absoluteness and obviousness. Good redpillers won't act enlightened, or act as if they know everything, or anything smug like that. We exist to be correct. If our goal is to inform the population, then we have already started working toward our goal by being informed ourselves! But, what if we wish to make MORE of the population informed? Think about it. "So wait, logically, to make more of our population informed, we must be ourselves… more? That doesn't make sense." It actually does: In our daily lives, just by living, we make good decisions and refuse those driving us to bad decisions.

If everyone were us, we wouldn't hear on the news how thousands went homeless in a housing crisis, or how thousands went to prison for their credit card debt, or how the ethnic composition of newborns in America are changing. To get more people informed, we must be more social in getting more people to ask more questions and therefore answer more questions, and we must also make more informed decisions and refuse more possible bad decisions. Live big and leave people to come to their own conclusions. An argument with someone will only waste your time - resign yourself to the fate that you will never truly win an argument. Instead, the bigger you live, the better.

"The English follow the principle that when one lies, one should lie big, and stick to it. They keep up their lies, even at the risk of looking ridiculous" - Joseph Goebbels

4\. Counter-propaganda is propaganda.

If you've already realized the above, then I'm impressed. Propaganda and counter-propaganda tends to work the same way in the end, as you're essentially becoming a shill of the everyman. You will finally act out as a voice for something that historically never had a powerful voice - because we've never used their tactics.

4b. Preaching does not work.

Preaching is an overt trust-based method and is the worst form of propaganda - your word means nothing to them, and they will disagree with your mind no matter what you say. Your job is to provide facts and only facts. With cited facts, you change THEIR mind, instead of changing their perception of YOURSELF and asking him to agree with it. To preach is to beg, to use propaganda is to inject. The purpose of propaganda is to paint an image inside a person's head.

"The Emperor realized that the people were right but could not admit to that. He thought it better to continue the procession under the illusion that anyone who couldn't see his clothes was either stupid or incompetent. And he stood stiffly on his carriage, while behind him a page held his imaginary mantle." - Hans Christian Andersen (1837)

5\. If at first you don't succeed - give up! Accept that you will never actually redpill anyone. If you've felt that you've done good, and you need to get some sleep: Don't stay up any longer and have your well-deserved sleep.

It's also possible for subverters to create sides that don't even exist, which nonetheless alters the victim's perception of the general situation. The tide of opinions, whether politically correct, or nationalist, can be altered by changing the middle ground of which is seen as "correct." The way your ideology is perceived can mean anywhere from the difference between extremist and obvious.

No matter how absurd or correct an idea is, those attributes don't exist before it is perceived. Stalin's murder count of 43,000,000 rarely gets in the way of his ideology or personal image, nor does Lenin's bloodshed of 6,000,000 from various purges, civil wars and political disarray. Any sane person could pull the thought from the back of their head, "Behind any one of these communist leaders, there is a huge death toll", and ask the question: How do they all get away with it?

It's simple: They surround their ideology with similar, yet unrelated ideas to make their ideas seem like the middle ground. This is an advanced propaganda tactic that you've seen countless times in your life.

"The result? The result you can see - most of the people who graduated in the 60's, dropouts or half-baked intellectuals, are now occupying the positions of power in the government, civil service, business, mass media, and educational systems. You are stuck with them. You can't get rid of to them. They are contaminated. They are programmed to think and react to certain stimuli in a certain pattern. You can not change their mind even if you expose them to authentic information. Even if you prove that white is white and black is black, you still can not change the basic perception and the logic of behavior. In other words, for these people the process of demoralization is complete and irreversible. To rid society of these people you need another 15 or 20 years to educate a new generation of patriotically minded and common sense people who would be acting in favor and in the interests of United States society." - Yuri Bezmenov (1984)
